Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the type of document, its length, the language pair and the legalization steps required. Send us the document and we give you a fixed quote before any work starts.
Are certified translations accepted by authorities in Timor-Leste?
Requirements differ between ministries, courts, universities and embassies. We confirm the format the receiving institution expects before we start.
Do I need an apostille or legalization?
It depends on the country that issued the document and the country where it will be used. Between members of the Hague Apostille Convention an apostille is enough; elsewhere consular or embassy legalization is needed. We confirm the correct route.
Can you help if I am abroad?
Yes. Most of the work is done by email and courier, and our international network handles documents in other countries.
